Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Conditions

Items purchased from our store must be returned in perfect and unused condition to be eligible for a refund. This means:

  • Free of deterioration, stains, odors, or any condition preventing resale as new
  • In original packaging with all labels intact
  • Including all items that were part of the original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment

Refund Information

  • Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method
  • The initial shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Exchange Process

  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both return and reshipping)
  • Please ensure the replacement item is in stock before initiating an exchange

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Send an email to teamifilibrand@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line
  2. Include the reason for your return/exchange and any relevant details
  3. Our team will respond promptly with further instructions

International Customers

We strongly recommend that customers outside of our primary shipping region who have sizing concerns contact us at teamifilibrand@gmail.com before placing an order to avoid potential sizing issues upon receipt.

Processing Time

  • Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
