RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Return Conditions
Items purchased from our store must be returned in perfect and unused condition to be eligible for a refund. This means:
- Free of deterioration, stains, odors, or any condition preventing resale as new
- In original packaging with all labels intact
- Including all items that were part of the original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment
Refund Information
- Upon approval of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method
- The initial shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Exchange Process
- For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both return and reshipping)
- Please ensure the replacement item is in stock before initiating an exchange

- Include the reason for your return/exchange and any relevant details
- Our team will respond promptly with further instructions
International Customers
We strongly recommend that customers outside of our primary shipping region who have sizing concerns contact us at teamifilibrand@gmail.com before placing an order to avoid potential sizing issues upon receipt.
Processing Time
- Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
- Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution
